New Band, New Sounds: SVELTA
So…if you know anything about me, it’s that I love promoting and supporting new bands, songs, and people. And boy, do I have a beaut for ya…
The band? SVELTA, the latest project from New Yorkers Drew Klein and Stephen Clark. The two teamed up a few months ago to start work on the new band, and have pretty clearly made some great progress. Lucky for you, they’ve already posted a 3-song EP on bandcamp for your listening (and other various) pleasures. Check it out…like, NOW! And keep your fingers crossed for some live shows in the near future.

I fell in love…again. It’s been a while since I’ve felt such a deep connection to a live show. You know, the kind that feels religious? The Morning Benders took me through every emotion, and left me joyfully teary eyed when they ended their set with ‘Excuses’. An energetic, emotional, and perfect show. If you have a chance to see this band, DO IT. You’ll be reminded of what the concert going experience is supposed to be.
